'''Umberto II''' was an [[Ecclesiarch]] and a member of the [[High Lords of Terra]].  He is known for starting multiple [[wars of faith]], and increasing the influence of the [[Ecclesiarchy]].  Due to this, his leadership is credited with roughly two thousand years of peace between the [[11th Black Crusade]] and the [[Gothic War]].  His remains are interred in the Umberto II Memorial Mausoleum on [[Certus-Minor]].{{Fn|1}}
