Reactivated from the [[Great Sleep]] prematurely by the [[Awakened Council]], Vokksh was a specialist in the law of his race who served as an adjudicator for the dispute between [[Trazyn the Infinite]] and [[Orikan the Diviner]]. He ruled in favour of Trazyn after Orikan insinuated that the latter had stolen the [[Astrarium Mysterios]] from the [[Ammunos Dynasty]]. However the proceedings descended into an execution after it was revealed that both Trazyn and Orikan had allowed for the destruction of the [[Ammunos Dynasty]]. Frustrated, Orikan reset the timeline to begin the trial anew but this time with the magistrate [[Yullinn]].{{Fn|1}}
