==Overview==
The Armoured Interdiction Cadre was designed to combat enemy formations that lacked anti-tank weaponry.  Composed of at least three [[Hammerhead Gunship|Hammerhead]] and [[Sky Ray Gunship]]s, this Cadre has the speed to intercept the enemy while remaining well-protected.  The Cadre is lead by a [[Tau Commander|Commander]] in a specialized command tank, which includes advanced communications and sensor technology.  This allows the commander to network with the entire Cadre and concentrate their fire to the fullest effect.{{Fn|1}}
