==History==
The first were established during the [[Horus Heresy]], as [[Fabius Bile|Bile]] fled from [[Terra]] following the defeat of [[Warmaster]] [[Horus]]' forces and the Cache Worlds' true numbers remain known only to him.{{Fn|1a}} Many of these worlds, belong to the [[Imperium]], but have been seeded with Bile's [[New Men]] who infiltrate every aspect of the population's society. Some even rise to become [[Planetary Governor]]s, who willingly use their world's resources to aid Bile.{{Fn|1b}}
