'''Da Heart Stoppas''' are essentially heavily customized [[Ork]] [[Lascannon]]s that are assembled from the parts of [[Imperial]] and possibly [[Tau]] weaponry. Imperial reports have sighted these weapons at an increasing rate during skirmishes with Ork attackers, though [[Adeptus]] examinations of captured Heart Stoppas indicate there is no feasible way the weapons should work. One however cannot ignore the extreme effectiveness of these seemingly roughly assembled pieces of junk in the hands of an Ork.{{Fn|1}}
