==History==
He was among{{Fn|1}} its [[Third Sphere of Expansion]] forces{{Fn|2}} that invaded the [[Imperial]] [[Sector]]s near the [[Damocles Gulf]], in the wake of the [[13th Black Crusade]]. However the Imperium later launched the [[Dark Crusade (Imperium)|Dark Crusade]]'s [[Mont'shi Campaign]] against the [[T'au Empire]]{{Fn|3}} and el'Tobar was made a priority target. He was also among those that the [[Ordo Xenos]] gathered information on, but it was made classified by the Ordo.{{Fn|1}} The Mont'shi eventually ended in failure for the Imperium, though,{{Fn|3}} and el'Tobar survived the Crusade.{{Fn|1}}
