The devastated world is now a toxic barren wasteland, but the [[Imperium]] has recently discovered that there are still huge threads of [[Promethium]] below its surface.  A mining installation has now been created on Morlex, in order to extract the fuel from the world, and is protected by an armoured column of enclosed vehicles.  However, a [[Chaos Lord]] has also noticed the riches that Morlex still holds and has sent his own armoured vehicles to destroy the Imperium's forces there and claim the world for himself.{{Fn|1}}
