The '''Scorching Doom of Deimos''' is a [[Meltagun]] belonging to the [[Blood Ravens]] [[Chapter]]. When the Blood Ravens assaulted the [[Chaos]] stronghold on [[Kronus]], [[Space Marine Sergeant|Sergeant]] [[Kurtis]] used this melta gun to bring down a daemonic [[Defiler]], allowing his brothers to attack the mighty warp gate feeding the Traitors' power. Kurtis did not survive the assault, but the Deimos Gate could not have been shut without his sacrifice.{{Fn|1}}
