The Harbinger of Night is the title given to a Necron Lord who leads a Shroudweaver War Cell.

Those that hold this position have the ability devour light over considerable distances and reduce blazing sunshine into a murky twilight. They overcast grey skies to abyssal darkness with few living creatures remaining to be defiant before the Harbingers approach. This is because their power over the natural order of things awakens the deepest of primeval fears. Shielded by darkness and heralded by terror, the Necron Harbinger begins its harvest with the skies being only clear when the battle is over.
Shroudweaver War Cell
This specialized Necron Lord is accompanied by a formation known as Shroudweaver War Cell, composed of at least thirty Necron Warriors, at least fifteen Immortals, and a Shroudweaver War Cell has been known to contain up to three Monoliths.
