Chapter Summary
Background
The Iron Champions are a Space Marine Chapter. The Chapter participated in the Third War for Armageddon, dispatching seven companies in the Hive Volcanus region. During the war, the chapter launched a massive drop-pod assault to support the Celestial Lions and were it not for the two chapters, Hive Volcanus would have remained in Ork hands.
The chapter's power armour is painted black with the helmet and shoulder pads painted grey. The chest eagle is red and the face of the helmet often has a gold skull painted on. The chapter's symbol is a skull in the middle of an Iron Halo.

- Third War for Armageddon.1 The Iron Champions committed 7 companies to the defense of Armageddon.
