A Chapter Master is the foremost leader of a Chapter of Space Marines. He is assisted in his position of leadership by the Chief Librarian and a Chaplain in most cases. A Chapter Master possesses centuries of battle experience and is invariably highly skilled in tactics, leadership and all kinds of combat.
