The Barbaran Plate was a suit of Power Armour created by the Primarch Mortarion, which fused Power Armour technology with his own lore. The armour was designed to augment Mortarion's own singular physiology and environmental needs; by synthesizing the air he breathed, with trace elements of the poisonous vapours found on his Homeworld Barbarus.[1]
