Welcome to Lexicanum! We hope you will contribute much and well. You will probably want to read the help pages. Again, welcome and have fun! Bushidorp 06:45, 3 September 2014 (UTC)

This grey is kinda bright
I agree that the grey of lexicanum needed to be lighter to make it easier to read but this isn't so much as lighter as it is brighter and kinda contrasts horribly with the rest of the wiki. Could you maybe try a slightly more mellow shade of grey. My suggestion is the grey on the homepage which seems to be lighter than it was(I think) without being exceedingly bright. This is just my opinion anyway. Thanks.--Ashendant 09:25, 7 September 2014 (UTC)
- Yes, the grey is too bright, but this might be unintentional. With the dark grey background, colours don't have the same shade in the Lexicanum as they do in other wikis. You can't trust the usual colour-codes, it's just trial and error. --DetlefK 11:40, 7 September 2014 (UTC)
- Why not try white text on a dark background? It'd fit the style of the site much better. --Digganob 21:01, 8 September 2014 (UTC)
Necron pages edit.
Hello, due to the new Necron Codex being released I think we should edit the Necron pages to keep up with the new edition,
Thanks. Zombiecreepe
Darkelf77
A User named Darkelf77 keeps adding "citation" templates to pages that do not need them. [1] This is an example--it is a general character description from a novel, most likely will be used as the summary before someone fleshes it out. [2] This shows his willingness to add the citation when there are specific chapters listed. He is doing this at a mass level and crowding the Lexicanum with unnecessary citations. The user does not seem to produce much else. Midnight Sun (talk) 07:05, 19 December 2015 (MST)
- I follow the rules, according to which there must be stated Chapter of the Novel/Novella about every information, including in the article. In this case [3] - in the text of atricle stated the information "Molech - The Knights-Errant undertook their first mission as a full squad at the behest of Leman Russ, who worked with Malcador to send a squad to infiltrate Horus's flagship, the Vengeful Spirit", which only referred to the Novel at all, not just to any Chapter. As for Mister Midnight Sun, I think he has a lack of information about what I have done to clarify and adding to the articles Darkelf77 (talk) 16:53, 19 December 2015 (GMT+2)
- When you summarize a whole novel, you can't put chapter lists. Midnight Sun (talk) 09:11, 19 December 2015 (MST)

New bureaucrats for the german Lexicanum
Hey Bigred, the german Lexicanum has a big problem: New user's accounts have to be activated by a bureaucrats, but it seems that all current ones are inactive. So we can't get any new users! In the forum we have decided that AlphaRonin would make a good bureaucrat. Please participate in the discussion in the forum too (I think everyone speaks english there). --Fira (talk) 15:51, 14 February 2016 (MST)
Ban Needed for User Prophaniti
He insists on adding in rumored statements in an off hand blog post that are not official in an official area. He has been shown why the tease of pictures is wrong. It also has serious ethical and legal ramifications for us making claims that there are official names and titles for publications. He refuses to back down, and he has contributed very little in general besides disruptive trolling like this. He also refuses to abide by standard Wiki etiquette, including responding directly on a page and breaks up conversations to make them the most harassing as possible. - A few points, if I may:
- Specifically, I'm attempting to add information regarding upcoming HH releases, and for some reason Midnight Sun seems to take offence at this. I've pointed out how the Warhammer Community website is an official source, owned and operated by GW, but he ignores this and continues to dismiss it, primarily it seems because of a single typo he found there. I think the ludicrousness of this is pretty clear.
- In addition, his manner is unnecessarily aggressive and hostile. I'm apparently a troll for having a source he wasn't aware of or doesn't like. I'm apparently "harassing" him by entering into a discussion with him. I'm apparently making conversations "the most harassing as possible" [sic] by responding to a user on their page (done because I wasn't sure if he'd get a notification of it if I responded on mine).
- Having a contrary point and wanting to enter into a discussion is not "trolling", disagreeing with someone is not "harassment". Midnight Sun needs to calm down and handle this properly, or else nothing will ever be contributed here. If he wants to discuss it, to talk over any genuine issues, I'm fine with that, I can even leave off on reverting until it's settled. Which is surely a more constructive offer than demanding someone be banned for disagreeing with you? Prophaniti (talk) 08:43, 8 January 2017 (MST)
