Sephlagm was an irradiated Hive World, whose atmosphere could quickly kill anyone not traveling in vehicles on its surface. He would die at the hands of the Deathwing's Grand Master Azrael and afterwards the Dark Angels evacuated from Sephlagm, before the blighted world was destroyed in an Exterminatus.[3]
