A Surveyor, also known as an Auspex or a Scanner, is a Space Marines, Imperial Guard, Daemonhunters and Witch Hunters wargear upgrade. It is a short ranged scanner and allows Troops to obtain information on their surrounding area, and if properly calibrated, can reveal hidden enemy movements.
