Sehalla was an Imperial Navy Captain during the Plague of Unbelief, on the side of Cardinal Bucharis. Bucharis met and joined with Sehalla on the planet Rhanda and they proceeded to conquer an empire together. He appeared to have a cautions mind as agreed with Bucharis when he was told to stop short of Bakka in fear of the empire being discovered by the Imperium and ordered the retreat from Fenris when the Space Wolves fleet arrived. He protected his ships ahead of the other forces, and only dropped out of the warp to pick Bucharis up for the briefest amount of time before retreating again.
His counterpart in the ground forces was Colonel Gasto, who also met Bucharis on Rhanda.
