Spire is an Admiral of the Imperial Navy.
Originally a Captain, Spire quickly rose to the rank of amateur Admiral due to his skill during the 12th Black Crusade. He played a vital role of keeping xenos artifacts out of the hands of Chaos forces during the war.[1] Spire and his survival fleet returned from the Warp at the time of the 13th Black Crusade, discovering that eight centuries had passed in the Materium. During the renewed war in the Cadian System against the forces of Abaddon, Spire met with the reborn Roboute Guilliman and retained a position of high command.[2]
