The Order of the Ashen Shrine are a minor Order of the Sisters of Battle, that split off from Order of the Sacred Rose.[1a]
As such, the Sisters of the Ashen Shrine revere Saint Arabella and they believe that the Emperor spoke through her. To emulate their Matriarch, the Order wields a great number of flamers in battle, believing that the gouts of fire signify the Emperor's holy word.
