House Col'Khak is an Adeptus Mechanicus Knight House that resides on the frigid world of Atar-Median[1].

Ten thousand years later, in late M41, its Knights were in the forces of the Mechanicum Explorator Fleets that successfully invaded the Tau Empire Sept World Vesh'yo.[4]
