The Autogun is a hand held weapon similar in power to the Lasgun but designed to fire a solid slug of ammunition rather than a beam of light.
They were commonly used by the Imperial Guard but have, since the coming of Codex: Imperial Guard (3rd Edition, 2nd Codex), been removed due to a lack of differentiation between it and the Lasgun.
