Concerning your actual question: I don't know who and when put that there. At a quick glance there certainly seem to be a lot of missing footnotes in the article. Otherwise I guess if you have additional info on Forgeworlds in general that would count as an improvement. It looks like Tancredi has a super stub page about it being a spaceship forgeworld... but the only reference I can find to that name is in the novel Legion.
