Gang Matriarchs are the second in command within House Escher's Underhive gangs.[1]
They are chosen from the craziest, wildest and most homicidal members of a gang and serve as an enforcer, Underhive assassin and a debutant of death. A Gang Matriarch will always carry the gang's deadliest weapons and favors wearing even more outlandish dress than most Eschers. It is no surprise then, that when their Gang Queen dies, the Matriarch will inevitably taker her place as the gang's leader.[1]
