Pan Spectral Scanner are potent multi-functional Leagues of Votann detection devices, that can be mounted both personally and on their vehicles.[1]
Description
They have a variety of uses and can detect an incredible range of energy spectra not only through solid matter, but even across multi-dimensional wavelengths. This ensures that their users are rarely surprised by even the most cunning or esoteric foes[1]. The Scanners can be used to lay bare weak points in the defenses of the Leagues' enemies as well[2]. They are also useful in identifying natural resources that the Leagues would prize, and Hernkyn mark such locations with powerful Claim-beacons for further use.[1]
