Sometime in M41, the renewed Plague of Unbelief disrupted Antagonis. Eventually, Plague Zombies and other Nurgle-affiliated forces appeared on the world. At the request of Inquisitor Werner Lettinger the Black Dragons, the Mortisian Regiment, and an Order of Sisters of Battle were called in to contain the situation.
