Task Force Ygethddon was a Horus Heresy Traitor task force, that was led and named for the Sons of Horus Centurion Ygethddon.[1]
History
Composed of Legionaries from the Sons of Horus, Night Lords and World Eaters Traitor Legions, it was charged with ensuring the Blood Angels did not escape from the Signus Cluster, where a trap had been set for them. While it ultimately failed in keeping the Blood Angels imprisoned, the Task Force's interdiction of the Cluster later succeeded in destroying several other Loyalist Legionary forces.[1]
