The Bloodlords are a Chaos Space Marine warband. Originally known as the Spears of Olympus, they were among the thirty Chapters corrupted during the Abyssal Crusade.[1]
Insignia
Symbol worn by all Bloodlords is crushed heart[2b].
Known Actions
On planet Anachron Bloodlords under orders of Sabaktes fought World Eaters taking Lord of Skulls as a prize with the machine spirit of Bloodhammer refusing to cooperate with captian Navarch Ladon[2c].
On the ice moon of Ixus IX, the Bloodlords were caught in a trap by the Necrons. Thinking they would be slaughtering an Imperial prison, the warband was surprised when they found the prison deserted of all life and instead filled with Necron warriors.[2] After Bloodhammer was hit with torpedoes, captain regained control of the ship but as soon as he did rage from the Lord of Skulls sent him into a fit of bloodlust. Navarch Ladon then proceeded to crash the ship, into the moon[2d], which unleashed the Lord of Skulls being kept within the ship's hold. It would purge the Necrons but also massacre Bloodlords[2d].
