Pan Spectral Scanners are potent multi-functional detection devices used by the Leagues of Votann, that can be mounted both personally and on their vehicles.[1]
Description
They have a variety of uses and can detect an incredible range of energy spectra not only through solid matter, but even across multi-dimensional wavelengths. This ensures that their users are rarely surprised by even the most cunning or esoteric foes.[1] The Scanners can be used to lay bare weak points in the defences of the Leagues' enemies as well.[2] They are also useful in identifying natural resources that the Leagues would prize, and Hernkyn mark such locations with powerful claim-beacons for further use.[1]
