Kataphron Destroyers are used as heavy weapon platforms by the Mechanicum, ensuring that nothing will be left of their enemies but molten sludge. They are equipped with a large amount of heavy weaponry that includes [[Graviton Cannon|Grav Cannon]]s, and [[Plasma Culverin]]s replacing one arm, and lighter weaponry such as [[Phosphor Blaster]]s or [[Flamer]]s replacing the other arm,{{Fn|1}} aimed by advanced targeting optics.
