The Eldar Distortion Cannon is also known as the displacer cannon, displacer, D-Cannon, warp cannon or warper[6] and also as the Distort Cannon[2], is an Eldar Vortex Weapon.[1]

Using the same technology which allows ships to enter the nightmare realm of the Warp, the Distortion Cannon causes an area of the material universe to momentarily collapse in on itself, essentially creating a miniature warp hole.
