Sahtah the Unfleshed, is a flayer lord serving under the rule of The Undying, during the events of the Damnos incident,(974 M41). He is a unique Lord counted amoungst the 4 necron "Royal heirchy" of The Undying. Despite his succumbing to the flayer virus he is considerably more intelligent and deadly compared to his lesser kind.

Description: Sahtah the Enfleshed is described as a considerably larger version of a standard flayed one. Sergeant Scipio describes him as, "It was massive, a hulking monster of a necron. Judging by its size and strength behind its blades, Scipio reasoned it probably weighed more than him and Largo combined"[pg199-200]. He was defeated by Cheif Librarian Tigurious, while attempting to confront the surviving party of Damnos human guerrilla fighters and ultramarine tactical squad Vorolanus, with a powerful warp lighting attack. He is assumed to be permanently dead as he has not shown up again since his death.

Trivia: During his introduction in chapter 5 of the Fall Of Damnos, Sahtah is described as a necron lord cursed by the flayer virus before the great sleep. His first concerns upon awakening are of the state of his "robes". These "robes" are in fact seemingly the decaying remnants of his previous human prey. This is however quite odd considering that this should be his first time being awoken in at least 60 million years, when the species, Homo Sapien, would not yet exist in the galaxy. [Pg 93-94]
