The Hammer of Terra was a Battle Barge in the Imperial Fists Legion, active during the Great Crusade. It was commanded by Captain Pertinax when it joined the Retribution Fleet sent by the Primarch Rogal Dorn to confront Horus when the Heresy began.[1]
However, due to severe Warp Storms, the Fleet was left stranded in the Phall System and the Hammer of Terra became the first of the Imperial Fists' ships to be destroyed by the Iron Warriors Legion, during the Battle of Phall.[1]
