Lord Castellan was a military rank of Cadia, still used by the remaining Cadian Shock Troopers.[1]
Only bestowed during times of great emergency such as a Black Crusade, the Lord Castellan essentially acts as a military dictator for Cadia in place of its Governor until the crisis has passed. Though in some cases, it has also been known to be applied for life.[1][2]
Known Lord Castellans
- Ursarkar E. Creed - The last Lord Castellan of Cadia, missing since the Thirteenth Black Crusade and presumed dead.[1]
- Ursula J. Creed - Successor to Ursarkar E. Creed, Lord Castellan of the surviving Cadian Shock Troopers.[2]
