Varro Ortyras was the Chapter Champion of the Ultramarines, when the Chapter took part in the Battle of Tigurn City. During the battle there, Ortyras defeated a Harlequin Solitaire before the Xenos could complete its bloody massacre of the Imperial forces' high command.[1]
