Overview
While adhering to the Codex Astartes, the Chapter's battle-brothers exhibit heightened zeal and intolerance for what they perceive as deviant faiths, be it Chaos-worship, Xenophilia, or even misguided forms of veneration towards Roboute Guilliman. They delight in using Flame Weaponry, especially against such heretics, which is something the remaining Shield Chapters find distasteful.[2]
During the Ultramarian Reclamation, the Chapter conducted several brutal massacres, blamed in part on their refusal to employ Human envoys or diplomacy to convince rulers of worlds to join with Ultramar.[2]
