==History==The [[T'au]] discovered Gravalax is a minor Agriworld in [[837.M41]] and initiated diplomatic contact with the Damocles Gulf region of spaceplanet's government. {{Fn|1a}} It is an Imperial world surrounded by Tau controlled space. It has been described as being of no strategic value. In By [[931.[[M41]], the [[TauT'au Empire]] plan to Annex it peacefully was disrupted by riots and Civil War amongst had established a trading mission on the populationplanet, caused by were making overtures to the arrival of a Division of [[Imperial GuardGovernor]], and had become highly popular among the planet's citizenry.{{Fn|1b}}

Although Gravalax itself was of no strategic value, the [[Imperium]] refused to allow the Tau to make any further inroads into Imperial territory.
