The '''Praetorian Pattern Knight''' is the most common a type of [[Imperial Knight]].{{Fn|1}} ==HistoryOverview==It can fulfill multiple roles in the battlefield, as the Praetorian can hold its own in long range and in close combat. Depending on its type, one of the Praetorian's arms can be equipped with either a [[Battle Cannon]], [[Autocannon]] or [[Multi-Melta]]. However the other wields a vicious close assault weapon, to crack open armor armour and sweep aside infantry, and they are all equipped with [[Imperial Shock Lance]]s as well.
