Pontius Glaw was a member of House Glaw, one of the noble Houses of Gudrun. Glaw was executed by the Inquisition. His essence was however transfered into a crystal, this crystal was discovered by the celebrated Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn during the persecution of a known heretic. Rather than destroying the crystal Eisenhorn took in Glaw and hid it from the Ordos.
Eventually Glaw escaped the clutches of Eisenhorn in the Servitor body fashioned by Magos Bure. Glaw was located and destroyed by Eisenhorn, during the assault on a Daemon World.
