The Inviolable Aura is an ancient practice that grants the user invincibility and direct protection by the God-Emperor. It was first discovered and mastered by the Great Ecclesiarch Jonasiah Vuonis
A major part of the process involves placing a true and sacred relic of the Ecclesiarchy within a number of shrines and having them blessed by a Living Saint. After the shrines have been blessed, the ritual is complete; and wherever the Saint goes, no harm may befall his or her allies. If the shrines are too be destroyed, the workings of the divine magic will be disrupted and the aura will disperse.
History
The Inviolable Aura was invoked in the Kauravan conflict by Confessor Treganum March and Saint Anais.
