Lesp was a medical orderly who served in the Tanith First and Only under Chief Medical Officer Tolin Dorden.[1][2]
In addition to his duties as an orderly and field medic, Lesp was also the foremost artist among the Tanith First when it came to the traditional Tanith tattoo markings that many Guardsmen of the regiment sported. As a result of his continual exposure to the inks used to draw Tanith tattoos, Lesp's fingertips were permanently stained dark blue.[1]
