Instead of creating dozens upon dozens of meagre (and quite empty) articles it is simply better to list them here. Simplier much more easier too see, check, correct, improve, etc
Other have simply been lost; either sustaining too many loses or otherwise. Information about many of them is all-too scarce as it has inevitably been lost during the millenia.
