It is most commonly found fitted to [[Space Marine]] [[Terminator Armour|Tactical Dreadnought Armour]]. Officers from the [[Imperial Guard]] may also take them, bionically grafted onto their skin.
[[Commissar Yarrick]] is most famous for his power fist, which he took from his enemy [[Ghazghkull Mag Uruk Thraka]]. Other armies also make use of the power fist including the [[Eldar]] and [[Ork]]s. Naturally, the power fist is available to the [[Chaos Space Marines]] and [[Adepta Sororitas]]. The Orks use a similar device known as a [[Power Klaw]] which is a large claw with three bladed fingers.
A varient of this is the [[Chainfist]], which is similar to a power fist but with a miniature [[chainsaw]] blade attached.
