The First Truth was a Cruiser in the Imperial Fists Legion's fleet, during the Horus Heresy and served in Captain Camba Diaz's Fourth Sphere fleet in the Solar War.[1]
The Fourth Sphere had been charged with blockading the Dark Mechanicum held Mars and had to battle both ships launched from its surface, as well as a large Dark Mechanicum fleet intent on freeing the Forge World. In the battles that followed, the First Truth was struck with Scrapcode infected ammunition, which corrupted the Cruiser and caused it to self-destruct.[1]
