Symbol of the Calth High Guard[3]

The Calth High Guard were the cohorts of the Imperium's Solar Auxilia that were raised from the Ultramar world of Calth. They were among the Solar Auxilia that took part in the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy.[1][4]


When the Horus Heresy's Battle of Calth began, the Calth High Guard fought to defend their Homeworld from the traitorous Word Bearers.[1] Elements of the High Guard were later among the Imperial forces that served in the Dark Angels' Crusade of Vengeance, during the later years of the Horus Heresy.[2]
