The '''Land Raider''' is a tracked vehicle originally designed prior to the Emperor's rule, in the time when humans first moved into space. When the [[Age of Strife]] came upon the galaxy, production ceased, like much else. With the rise of the Emperor, these vehicles were incorporated into their forces and used as heavy transports and hard points.
They are used by the [[Space Marines]], either loyal or heretic, and maintained its superior design throughout time. Like the [[Rhino]], its versatility makes it a very popular choice throughout the galaxy.
