A massive mercenary and guard, Axata and his men eventually came under the control of the exiled [[Kor Phaeron]] at the time of the discovery of [[Lorgar]]. Axata was loyal to Kor Phaeron and even whipped the young Lorgar at the Priests orders, but eventually fell completely under the young [[Primarch]]'s sway. When Lorgar organized organised his followers into a proper army, Axata was named Gun-Deacon prime and commander of Lorgar's forces.{{Fn|1}} It is unknown what happened to him following the arrival of the [[Emperor]].
