Entropy Omega is an Adeptus Mechanicus Star Fort located in the Lacaon System in the Tenebra Subsector, located in the Caligari Sector in the Segmentum Tempestus.[1]
Overview
This Cult Mechanicus station was found deserted after long isolation and was recently repopulated by a contingent of Tech-Priests. However, its maze of tunnels hasn't been properly explored, purged and blessed by holy oils and tech-chants yet. The base is under Cult Mechanicus supervision in theory, but the Inquisition considers the place unholy ground, which has led to squabbles between the two Imperial bodies.[1a]
