Casmir was a Captain of the Ultramarines Legion during the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. Serving as the Equerry to Tetrarch Valentus Dolor, Casmir was later put in charge of overseeing Vulkan's isolation chamber after his discovery on Macragge.[1b]
