Commander Brightmoon is a T'au Commander of the Fifth Sphere of Expansion.[1]
In the Chalnath Expanse, Brightmoon's armies discovered Chaos forces which flooded their communications network with maddening interference. With T'au technology malfunctioning and turning on their users, only Kroot weapons were unaffected. Thus Brightmoon placed Kroot Shapers in control of the Tau forces, who regrouped battered contingents.[1]
