High Council

Eldar Portal

High Councils are one of the two ruling bodies of Eldar Craftworlds alongside its Seer Council.^[1a]

While Seer Councils consist of Farseers, Spiritseers, and Warlocks, the High Council will be made up of other important Eldar within a Craftworld. These include influential Eldar from noble houses, as well as Autarchs.^[1b]
