A Space Wolf with a Hunting Hawk and a Fenrisian Wolf^[2]

Hunting Hawks are a bird species on the Space Wolves Chapter's Homeworld, Fenris. They can serve as companions to the Space Wolves and can fight beside their owners.^[1]

• The Hunting Hawk was created by the Games Workshop employee Warwick Kinrade and it appeared in The Citadel Journal 30.^[1]
• Kinrade based the Hunting Hawk off a picture of a Space Wolf with a hawk and Fenrisian Wolf in the Chapter's current codex. As The Citadel Journal 30 was released in 1999,^[1] he would be referring to the Codex: Space Wolves (2nd Edition), which came out in 1994. The picture in question can be found on page 4 of the codex.^[2]
